Shipping & Processing Times 

Important: The post office & other carriers may be experiencing delays and slower shipping times due to COVID & upcoming holiday season rush once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over how fast it gets to its destination.

When Placing an order Allow 1-3 Business Days for Processing due to high order volume. We Strive to have orders made before 11am Monday-Friday shipped same day. All orders made on weekend or holiday are ship next business day.  Arrival time on orders is based on shipping preference you choose at checkout. 

If you purchase From our Pre-Order Collection allow 7-10 Business days or 15-20 not including weekends or holidays  for processing depending on the description of the pre-order item you are purchasing. The shipping time on these items is based on the shipping preference you choose at check out. Once your order is processed & ready for shipping allow these extra days for arrival of your package.

 

Pre-Order Collection Important Message:

Due to the High Demand for the following items they are placed into our Pre-order Collection and are always being restocked that is why these items will have a longer processing time than the items in our available collections. Pre-Order item Shipping time is 7-10 or 15-20 business days processing wait time not including weekends or holidays depending on the description of the pre-order item you are purchasing with Free Priority shipping upgrade once shipped out. If you order contains items from this collection along with items from other available in stock collections those items will be shipped out with in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and items from this collection will be shipped separately. Contact us with any further questions.   

 

My Delivery-Shipping Address is Wrong What Do I Do?

If after placing an order you realize the shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately at phoenixglamshipping@gmail.com to correct it. We are not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses nor we are responsible once the Carrier shows it as being Delivered.

 

My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What now?

Double check to make sure your address was entered correctly. Check with your neighbors or anyone in your household who may have received your package. Finally, if all fails, contact your local post office for further investigation. However, once a package is marked as Delivered it is out of our hands. We apologize.

Return Shipping & Cost 

Cost associated with return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Customer may choose any carrier of there choice. If customer are local they may contact our customer support line at (623) 505-9286 to make arrangements

Local pickup is only for our Available Collections Only. If you order from our Pre-Order Collection you must choose shipping NOT Local Pickup. Order Processing Time is 24-48 hours. Once your order is ready for pickup we will send you an email with pickup instructions and the pickup address.
