COVID-19 SHIPPING & POLICY UPDATE

Our main Priority here at Shop Phoenix Glam is the health of our customers, team and family. Due to the safety of everyone we are implementing a ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy for the time being as well as a No Exchange Policy as we are not sure the precautions being taken on the exchange side, which could unfortunately put us all at harms way.
We want to thank each and everyone of our customers for supporting our business during this pandemic & your understanding to the changes during these challenging times. We continue to work hard to keep our warehouse clean and sanitize to insure the safety of our customers and staff. Everything is handled with gloves and mask prior to shipping.
Due to the Pandemic COVID-19 situation we ask that you bare with us on the shipping times which may take longer due to the handling procedures of UPS and USPS which we have no control over.
Also please make sure that before you place your orders you double verify your address is correct Billing & Shipping, this could prolong the arrival of your items back to our warehouse, if your package is sent back to us it delays the turn around time to you the customer.
We are also NOT responsible for lost packages or if the tracking states its been delivered. Best assure if the package returns to us we will get it back to you as soon as we receive it, if you have contacted us with correct information.
